What is a Poke?

Poke, pronounced (Poh-Kay), is a Hawaiian word that means to 'cut' or to  'slice'. Traditionally, a poke bowl is made with cubed ahi tuna that has been marinated with poke sauce. Here at FISH, you can customize your poke bowl with a variety of sides, proteins, and toppings.

Why eat Poke?

Poke is considered to be a healthy and "heart-friendly"  food that improves overall well-being. Poke is one of freshest, tastiest, and healthiest new food trends around. 4 ounces of poke fish has under 150 calories, only 5 grams of fat, and 24 grams of protein. Poke delivers important heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3s help protect your heart and reduce the risk of death from heart disease by lowering your blood pressure and heart rate.
